GT Carbon Series
2in1 Electric Skateboard
Can’t decide between the GT Street and GT AT? You can have both! Switching between setups is now faster and easier than ever before. Simply pop the new Evolve 7” All Terrain rims off, put the Street wheels straight on, and in mere minutes you’re away again.
GT is synonymous with performance. Channeling the F1 inspired styling of the original Evolve Carbon Street, the GT continues to raise the bar in the legacy of the hugely popular Evolve Carbon Series.
We took an already razor sharp carving weapon, and made it even sharper. The beautifully designed GT Carbon Fiber deck with built in electrics has a precise low profile look and feel, allowing fantastic control and stability when riding. With an unrivaled 50km range in Street setup, corners will turn into apexes, open stretches into runways, and wide open paths will make your list of favourite powder runs. The twin sensored brushless motors combine to push 3000w of power to the ground through Evolves all new GT Series wheel – an 83mm hybrid of all that is good in our favourite skate wheels; grip, softness and durability.
Switch to the All-Terrain wheels and it not only takes that performance down the road less travelled, it blazes a new path all of its own!
Our powerful lithium battery gives the AT setup a range of up to 30km per charge, turning any road or path into the endless powder run of your dreams! It will come alive when ridden on pretty much any terrain. From cruising the beach footpath to shortcuts across huge fields - the GT Carbon All Terrain eats the terrain you’d usually avoid for breakfast. Gravel tracks will become rally stages and that group of grassy hills will morph into a never-ending set of rolling surf breaks just begging for your endless carve. This board will change the way you see the world, and the paths you see in it!
To top it all off, you can see this performance in real-time with an industry first from Evolve Skateboards: The all-new Evolve R2 Remote. It gives you instantaneous feedback on your speed, battery level, range and mode selected with a built in LCD screen, right from the palm of your hand!
The All Terrain might hide its brutish abilities in the sleek new drop down deck design, but don’t be fooled – at only 9.5kg, it’s a thug dressed in Armani. Switch back to Street setup and you’re armed with an insanely awesome carving machine. The Evolve 2in1 Carbon GT is truly the king of electric skateboards!
Troys Evolve Carbon
I used to skateboard back in the day and im now 51 year old and saw a few Utube clips on the evolve carbon (love its look) and said to myself I must give this a go and im loving it.
Thanks so much Evolve
l live in chch but work in AKL where i stay in a flat 2.5km from my office. its a big hike up the hill from the bottom of parnell to the top of newmarket and walking to work left me sweating like a pig. ... so i invested in an CGT with the AT and regular street wheels - it came with the AT wheels on which are perfect for the sidewalk with its irregular surface, kerbs etc. so I haven't tried the street wheels yet - but with the AT wheelset this thing absolutely cranks up the hill and feels super stable with its wide wheel track and long wheel base. it carves more like a snowboard than a skateboard (although in the interest of full disclosure: Im pushing 50 and havent ridden a skateboard since the early 1980s:) and the supple feel in the trucks allows for amazing control / carving.
Day 1: scary stuff. tried the GT mode and fell right on my ass. dropped down to eco - good as gold. went into fast mode up the hill and it absolutely cranked. I was kind of nervous and quite stiff / uncomfortable due to lack of confidence, but I made it into the office (and back home) in one piece.
Day 2: much more confident /not as nervous, but still a bit tense in my stance
Day 3: totally relaxed, carving up the hill in the bus lane full tilt in fast mode and smiling from ear to ear
Day 4: took the long way to work through the CBD - some cramping (but only my cheek muscles, from excessive smiling). explored a bunch of side streets and parks on the way home - panning on picking up some…
