Description

In 2013 Evolve Skateboards designed the world’s first carbon fibre electric skateboard and has maintained the gold standard since. The Tech

Handmade from 100% Carbon fibre, the GTR deck beautifully conceals the electric system which is powered by our new patent pending Power Flex battery technology and the best 18650 lithium ion battery cells available. Providing you with real-world range of up to 50km per charge in Street mode, this board will turn any road or path into the endless wave of your dreams. Coupled with Bluetooth communication this is a game changer for Evolve skateboards as it provides instant power and ultra smooth acceleration and braking performance, placing the ultimate in intuitive riding control in your hands. With 3000 watts of twin brushless sensored motor power driving your choice of our new made in USA Evolve GT 97mm inline race formula wheels OR 7 inch all terrain pneumatic tyres, this triple matte black beast is like a panther unleashed.

The Evolve Carbon GTR 2in1 offers even more flexibility for the riding enthusiast than ever before with a new airline friendly swappable battery option for those who want to take their Evolve boards with them when travelling. Now you can also track and share your rides and compete against the world wide community on the new Explore by Evolve app, along with over the air updates for IOS and Android phones. 

The Remote

The Evolve Carbon GTR offers more riding modes than ever before allowing riders of any level to safely enjoy the product and have the ability to adjust your riding mode while riding to suit conditions and maximize efficiency.  Use ‘ECO’ mode for easy control and a safe top speed, perfect for beginners and those ridings wanting a relaxed ride with longest ride times.  Use ‘PRO’ mode to whizz past traffic and turn your commute into your daily adrenaline rush hour, and if you dare, switch to GTR mode to unleash insane power and acceleration with the ability to climb hills of up to 25% gradient.  For those that want a power curve that is different to ECO/PRO/GTR modes, select CUST (custom) mode on the remote, then open up the Explore by Evolve App and dial in the power curve to suit your riding style.  In this mode you can adjust the power to be weaker or even stronger than the stock speed mode settings that come with the R2 remote

Built with a concave for those who like to be in control, our game changing deck coupled with our pneumatic tyres is the ultimate fusion of form and function. From cruising scenic footpaths to shortcuts across huge fields, the Carbon GTR All Terrain will eat any surface you throw at it. Looking for more of an adrenaline rush? Gravel tracks will become rally stages and that group of grassy hills will morph into a never-ending set of rolling surf breaks.     Carbon GTR

    Great board which lives up to the expectation. AT wheels are a lot of fun. On line Evolve videos on maintenance are very helpful.

    Absolutely awesome.

    Highly recommend. 10/10

    Slight down sides are a given thing so here they are:

    I've got the GTR.

    - BATTERY gets warm, so descent shoes with proper soles need to be worn for long distances. Not a big issue.

    - STREET basically is NULL.

    Since ALL-TERRAIN covers well, everything. However if you absolutely KNOW you're never going anywhere except a very well kept footpath with no big cracks then street is for you.

    - The 2 in 1 part is a BIG MEH for me since Brisbane streets are very "undefined" but its cool to have, to know I could travel to a more serene destination and jam out the street wheels. HOWEVER changing them over is a thing itself..

    OVERALL: UNDOUBTEDLY the best money I've spent since ever.

    Highly recommend.

    A fountain of youth!

    Haven't stopped smiling since I got the board and went on my first ride. Very well made and just heaps of fun. The all terain set-up is just so good and hard to believe the performance cross-country.

    this board makes me smile every time I am about to ride it as well as hours after i finish.
